Amenities avaialble

A superb riding centre and school situated in a discreet private setting in the beautiful Esk Valley, facilities include a large floodlit Arena with all weather surface, an extensive Cross Country Course, quality stabling and access to some of the best North Yorkshire Moors National Park bridle ways.

The school has a large selection of Horses and Ponies to suit most sizes and experience levels.

Facilities available for hire

The Arena and Cross Country Course are also available for hire on an hourly basis.

This is a safe and interesting environment for children and an ideal base for adult riders of all abilities

Riding lessons & Trekking

Riding lessons and Pony Trekking are available on an hourly basis and all are welcome. Young, novice and nervous riders are especially catered for with riding tuition by BHS qualified staff, as required.
Private or group riding lessons are available daily on a casual or regular basis.

Pony trekking is also available with rides taking 1½ to 2 hours depending on the route.

Special events

The riding center holds regular summer camps during school holidays. The center also offers a "own your own Pony for the day" experience for those who can not attend summer camp weeks.

Livery

The Riding Centre also offers full and DIY livery with use of the Arena and Cross Country Course included in basic livery charges.
